In accordance with the relevant provisions of the Working Regulations of the Youth Committee of the Henan Overseas Chinese Entrepreneurs Association, and following nominations by the association, self-recommendations by committee members, and consultations, the President has approved the appointment of Zhao Tianxing as Rotating Chair of the Youth Committee. He will fully preside over all work of the Youth Committee during his rotation period (April – June 2026).
During the rotation period, the Rotating Chair will coordinate and advance key initiatives including business exchanges, project matchmaking, and public service activities. He will take the lead in organizing flagship events such as themed salons and industry research, fully leveraging his role as a bridge to promote resource sharing and collaborative development among young overseas Chinese entrepreneurs.
